1. Use of the PortaGenerator Website

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the PortaGenerator website, customer account features, rental-planning tools, rental communications, and related online services. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting rental requests, account details, jobsite information, or other customer data.

2. Rental Transactions

Rental orders, quotes, equipment availability, delivery, pickup, pricing, deposits, taxes, insurance requirements, and other rental-specific obligations are governed by the applicable PortaGenerator rental documents and the final rental agreement accepted for the transaction. Website estimates or planning tools do not replace a final quote or signed rental agreement.

3. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities performed through their account. PortaGenerator may use account information to manage rental orders, provide customer service, maintain documents, and deliver transaction-related communications.

4. Transactional SMS / Text Messaging

PortaGenerator may offer optional transactional SMS text notifications. SMS is disabled by default and requires affirmative consent. Customers may opt in either by checking the separate SMS consent box on a PortaGenerator rental form or by enabling SMS / Text in My Account → Notifications and affirmatively agreeing to receive transactional rental text messages.

Text messages may include rental confirmations, rental-status changes, delivery and pickup scheduling, upcoming rental start or ending reminders, return reminders, extension updates, payment-status updates, and notices when rental documents are available.

• Message frequency varies based on rental activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting equipment.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
• Reply START to opt back in where supported.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Customers may also disable SMS / Text at any time from My Account → Notifications.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PortaGenerator does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of SMS messages and may suspend or change the SMS service as required by law, carrier requirements, or operational needs.

5. Electronic Records and Signatures

Where made available, PortaGenerator may permit customers to review rental documents and sign or accept agreements electronically. By using an electronic-signature workflow and affirmatively consenting to electronic records, the customer agrees that electronic signatures and records may be used for the applicable transaction, subject to the final rental agreement and applicable law.

6. Communications

PortaGenerator may send transactional communications by website notification, email, SMS, or other customer-selected channels. Marketing communications, if offered in the future, will be handled separately and are not included in the transactional SMS consent described above.

7. Intellectual Property

The PortaGenerator website, branding, software, rental-planning tools, content, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to PortaGenerator and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed except as permitted by law or with written authorization.

8. Availability and Changes

PortaGenerator may update website features, rental tools, policies, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

9. Disclaimer

Website tools, calculators, system recommendations, and equipment-compatibility checks are provided to assist rental planning and do not replace engineering review, site-specific safety review, manufacturer instructions, or final PortaGenerator approval where those are required.
